A Banana Republic

A Banana Republic

By Expotera
August 4, 2016

On August 04, 1961 the U.S. national debt was $288.9 billion dollars.

On August 04, 2016 the U.S. national debt is $19.3 trillion dollars.

On August 04, 1961 an intrinsically evil, inherently dishonest, infinitely amoral, incredibly corrupt, and insatiably murderous individual was born.

And this intrinsically evil, inherently dishonest, infinitely amoral, incredibly corrupt, and insatiably murderous individual grew up to become the 44th President of The United States of America.

Over the past 55 years, the United States of America has now taken on well over $19 trillion dollars in debt, with well over, "$15 Trillion Dollars" of this debt being taken on just over the past 15 years, and with well over, "$10 Trillion Dollars" of this amount being taken on just over these past 7 years as well.

As of today, August 04, 2016, The United States of America is
now officially, "A Banana Republic" by definition, simply because
by definition, "A Banana Republic" is, "A political science term for
politically unstable countries in Latin America whose economies
are largely dependent on exporting a limited-resource product,
e.g. bananas and it typically has stratified social classes, including
a large, impoverished working class and a ruling plutocracy of
business, political, and military elites, and this politico-economic
oligarchy controls the primary-sector productions to exploit the
country's economy" and this pretty much sums up and describes
The United States of America as of today, August 04, 2016.

So on the, "Birthday" of the intrinsically evil, inherently dishonest, infinitely amoral, incredibly corrupt, and insatiably murderous individual who grew up to become the 44th President of The United States of America, all I can say is, "Happy Banana Day" America, because in the closing and final words of Senator Bernie Sanders:

"These days the American dream is more apt to be realized in South America, in Equador, Venezuela and Argentina, where incomes are actually more equal today than they are in the land of Horatio Alger. Who's the Banana Republic now?"
